About

The story behind the music

Do D.A.T. — also known as Do Dat Music Group — is the home of a recorded music project built around tracks, mixtapes and collaborations. This page gathers the short version of who is behind the name and where the work lives.

At a glance

The project is presented online under two names that travel together: Do D.A.T. on the main pages, and Do Dat Music Group on the group page. The catalogue covers titles including the Golden Age series, The Skinny releases and Oakland In Blue, with a featured appearance by Melina Jones on “The Bridge” and a guest spot from Anthony Coleman on “Barebones”.

Listening is built into the site itself — each featured release links straight to its audio file, so the catalogue can be played straight from the page.
